Content Rights
Purpose
This Content Rights notice explains ownership and permitted use of the software, branding, App Store materials, and related content for Angle Finder — Level & Protractor (the “App”), and clarifies how camera and sensor data are treated because the App performs real-time on-device measuring only.
Ownership of the App
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Josef Dave Reyes Llorente owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including without limitation:
- Source code, object code, and App binaries distributed through the Apple App Store
- User interface design, layout, icons, graphics, and visual design language
- Level, protractor, and measurement UI presentation, on-screen readouts, and related product copy
- App Store listing text, screenshots, preview assets, and marketing materials created by the developer
- Documentation and legal pages published for the App on this site
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Name, Marks, and Branding
“Angle Finder — Level & Protractor,” associated logos, icons, and distinctive visual elements used in the App and its App Store listing are the property of Josef Dave Reyes Llorente, except for third-party marks (including Apple trademarks) which remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not use the App’s name, icon, screenshots, or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or official affiliation without prior written permission, except for fair nominative reference (for example, accurate App Store reviews).
License to Use the App
Subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (or any custom EULA if later provided) and the App’s Terms of Use, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely as permitted by the App Store and applicable Apple terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App except where applicable law expressly allows
- Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the App or its components outside authorized App Store channels
- Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the App’s assets, UI, or branding to build a competing product listing that misrepresents origin
Camera and Sensor Data Are Not Uploaded User Content
The App uses live camera and motion sensor input on your device to produce transient level, angle, and protractor displays. As designed:
- The App does not upload camera frames or sensor measurements to developer servers
- The App does not claim ownership of scenes that appear in the camera viewfinder
- On-screen overlays, angle numbers, and related readouts are generated locally as App functionality, not as stored user uploads
- Freeze-frame measurement pauses the live view in memory; it is not treated as a developer-hosted photo library
Because camera and sensor data are not submitted to the developer as hosted content, there is no developer-side user-generated content license for those captures. Device-local processing remains under your control via iOS permissions and by deleting the App. See the Privacy Policy for details on processing.
In-App Purchases and Feature Unlocks
Optional Pro features unlocked through Apple In-App Purchase do not transfer ownership of the App’s code, design, or trademarks. Purchase grants access to the purchased functionality under Apple’s purchase terms and the App’s terms, not a transfer of intellectual property.
Third-Party Intellectual Property
Apple, the Apple logo, App Store, StoreKit, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. iOS is a trademark of Cisco used under license by Apple. Other third-party names may be trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to third-party platforms does not imply endorsement beyond distribution of the App through those platforms.

If you send suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the App to josefdave.llorente@gmail.com, you grant Josef Dave Reyes Llorente a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use and incorporate that feedback into the App and related materials without obligation to you, to the extent permitted by law.
