Content Rights
Purpose
This Content Rights notice explains ownership and permitted use of the software, branding, App Store materials, and related content for Thrum – Tactile Fidget (the “App,” also referred to as “Thrum”), and clarifies how transient on-device touch interactions are treated.
Ownership of the App
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Josef Dave Reyes Llorente owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including without limitation:
- Source code, object code, and App binaries distributed through the Apple App Store
- User interface design, layout, icon, ripple graphics, animations, and visual design language
- Haptic-response logic, gesture mappings, settings presentation, and related product copy
- App Store listing text, screenshots, preview assets, and marketing materials created by the developer
- Documentation and legal pages published for the App on this site
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Name, Marks, and Branding
“Thrum,” “Thrum – Tactile Fidget,” associated logos, icons, and distinctive visual elements used in the App and its App Store listing are the property of Josef Dave Reyes Llorente, except for third-party marks (including Apple trademarks), which remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not use the App’s name, icon, screenshots, or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or official affiliation without prior written permission, except for fair nominative reference such as an accurate App Store review.
License to Use the App
Subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (or any custom EULA if later provided) and the App’s Terms of Use, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely as permitted by the App Store and applicable Apple terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App except where applicable law expressly allows
- Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the App or its components outside authorized App Store channels
- Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the App’s assets, UI, or branding to build a competing product listing that misrepresents origin
Your Touch Interactions and Preferences
Thrum processes your touches and gestures on-device to generate haptic and visual feedback. As designed:
- You retain any rights you may have in information you provide through your use of the device
- The App does not record a touch history or upload touch interactions to developer servers
- Locally saved preferences remain under your control on your device
- The App does not claim ownership of your interactions or operate a developer-hosted user-content service
Because touch interactions are processed locally rather than submitted to the developer as hosted content, there is no developer-side user-generated content license for those interactions. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Third-Party Intellectual Property
Apple, the Apple logo, App Store, iPhone, iOS, Core Haptics, Shortcuts, Back Tap, and related marks are trademarks or service marks of their respective owners. iOS is a trademark of Cisco used under license by Apple. Reference to third-party platforms or features does not imply endorsement beyond distribution of the App through those platforms or interoperability with those features.
Feedback
If you send suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the App to josefdave.llorente@gmail.com, you grant Josef Dave Reyes Llorente a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use and incorporate that feedback into the App and related materials without obligation to you, to the extent permitted by law.
